Wellbeing Breaks

Escape to the beautiful and inspirational Somerset countryside with a unique bespoke complementary health holiday located only 90 minutes by train from London.

Established in 2005 Well Being Breaks have developed in-depth programmes to assist an ongoing health challenge or problem, lifestyle/stress management, pre-birth mini-break (see our Pre- Birth page for details), yoga programme or detoxification regime.Alternatively simply take time out of your busy schedule to relax and rejuvenate. We cater for all age groups.Families, hen parties and corporate bookings welcome.

Upon booking, you will receive a telephone consultation with Fiona Kirton who is a qualified Acupuncturist, Aromatherapist, Massage Therapist, Reiki Practioner and Stress Management Consultant with over 30 years experience in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Jamaica, in both the private and corporate sectors.Using her extensive experience Fiona will plan your individual treatment programme based on you as an individual.

Fiona handpicks all our professional Complementary, Holistic Beauty Therapists and Personal Development Consultants who have an average of 12 years experience, many of whom are leaders in their field.

Wellbeing Breaks only use high quality botanical oils or Organic products sourced locally where possible. Treatments are carried out in the comfort and privacy of your own accommodation. There is a catering service if required which provides high quality, locally-source nutritious food.
